We’re Hiring: Research Assistant

We’re looking for a Research Assistant to join the Pytch team at Trinity College Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to research and be part of a dynamic, collaborative environment.

📍 Location: Trinity College Dublin
🕒 Contract: Full-time, 15 months (39 hours per week)
💶 Salary: €33,292 – €43,372 per annum
⏰ Closing Date: 12 noon (GMT), 23rd September 2025

What you’ll do

As a Research Assistant, you’ll play a key role in:

• Supporting research design, data collection, and analysis
• Observing and recording project workshops and activities
• Coordinating with participants and partner organisations
• Contributing to reports, publications, and funding applications
• Helping shape the growth and impact of our work

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking motivated candidates who have:

• A relevant qualification (B.A., M.Sc. or Ph.D.) with research experience
• Strong skills in qualitative research methods
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• (Bonus) Experience with project reporting, programming, or quantitative methods
